Getting to know myself part 1.

I found this website to help you get want you want in life with a more positive out look in life. It makes you write a journal so I might post it on my blog. To help with the follow through or a journey through my thoughts.
It Vice Busting Journey or mission:
It say give me 21 days 100% conviction, determination, effort and actions toward improving your health.


AM AFFIRMATION: I believe in my ability to improve my health, my attitude and my life. I am worthy of the best that life has to offer and today I have the opportunity to get closer to realizing my dreams and goals.

Step 1:
Carry & drink water bottle throughout the day.... every day!

How do I feel when I read them.
There are positive and negative things. Some make me happy and some make me sad. I wrote that I try my best but it is never good enough. This makes me think..... Do I really try? Because the way I look at I give up easy.... Something goes wrong or I am tried so I just don't but my energy into it......This is the number one thing that drives me crazy about myself. I believe I have good Ideas but I don't have the strength to complete them.

How do I feel about this words....
I believe with all my heart that these are true. It make me smile to see the happy positive words that I know who I am.

These words should be different from the previous list. They should make you think about the fact that your body does not have to be a reflection of the person. You are. These words should also be similar to the description of the person in the picture you have on yesterdays plan. These points will reinforce the direction you are headed. Because remember-- "if you don't know where you are going, how will you know when you get there?" All this is designed to be the blueprint of the person you strive to become Hence, you are developing your destiny!

Do I believe that this plan will work for me? Yes
What do I feel will make this plan work.
I think it well help me see the person I am. Not the person I see from the outside.
End Of The Day:
In order to start training your mind to see what's great about each day, answer these questions:
Write down what was positive about today?
  • I got to talk to my mom. She is the most amazing woman. I am lucky to have her in my life. I got kissed and I love you from my little girl. I am able to breath and I am not in pain.

What one or two things can I do tomorrow to make it a more positive.... day?
  • One get dressed or get ready for the day make myself feel better when I get ready.
  • Don't sleep all day get up and make a list and get your list done.


PM AFFIRMATION: I AM THANKFUL FOR TODAY AND THE CHANCE THAT I HAD TO IMPROVE MY LIFE. I FORGIVE MYSELF FOR ANY SHORTCOMINGS I MAY HAVE HAD, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO THE OPPORTUNITY THAT TOMORROW BRINGS TO TAKE ACTION TOWARDS MY GOALS....
