See told you!
I Can't do it. I try to say I am going to do better and I don't. I get some distraction in the way and it doesn't work. Why can't I be like on of those people that set goals accomplish them and look the way they want to?

Follow through
So This is what I am going to start doing:
I am going to start a life changing event buy eating better. I have start a diet education class and support group at Absolute weight loss in orem. So I believe that I need to be honest in everything so I can be accountable for my actions. So here it goes. I believe all women lie about there weight. So I need to get my weight and my size out there so I can be accountable for it and maybe it well be helpful to give me the push I need to lose weight.
-My starting weight was 216 and I am wearing a size 18 in pants. (So please don't make fun of me I just need support or maybe some to invite me to work out. )
So here is the plan for the diet change:
I will eat 5 times a day
but smaller meals.
75(protein)/ 25(carbs)
-I well make a menu every Monday for the week. This means grocery list as well.
I really need to make sure to eat every 3 to 4 hours because If I don't I get so hungry. I can't curb the hunger and I over eat what ever I can get my hands onto.
-I really need to let go of the soda. I crave the carbonation I like the bubbles as they go down my throat. So here the deals as of right now! I can have one can every week, then slowly go to one can ever two weeks, then ever three weeks, then every month. Then let it go.
-Candie is my next problem:
I don't know how to give it up. So I don't buy it. But then I go to my moms and i eat her instead. So what I try to do is don't Dennie myself. I eat some but don't eat the whole bag. Because it drives me crazy saying I can't have it.

New Life!! New Goals!!
I have done things wrong in my life and also things right. I want to start a new page in my life move on any start finding the things that make me happy. I know now that I have worked hard to get where I am at now its time perfect it.
I have goals that I have want to achieve in a long time. But my follow through has always fails. So If I let people in on my goals I hoping to get encouragement and support.
1. My number one problem in my life has been my weight. I know that this is every issue.
Reason why I eat-
- Big one is boredom
- I love sweets I crave them all the time.
- Eating good takes time and planing. I don't do that well.
- Then I don't follow my own rules.
2. I have gotten into a lot of debt. I hate it. It prevent you from being free. You living by going from one payment to the next. Never getting things paid off. OK maybe a little at a time.
- Get truck loan paid off.
- Get four wheeler and trailer paid off.
- Get student loans paid off.
- Have a good down payment for the house of are dreams.
- no credit cards.
- Enough to pay are monthly bills for six months in savings.
3. I also want to start saving money when I shop. So I have deicide to start coupon shopping to save a little money on products we use every day.
-I went and had Sarah teach me how to do it.
-Start get newpaper and organization to find the good deal.
4. Get organize in my life get on a cleaning schudule so my house is clean and not messey. Have organization system for closest and other household areas.
This one I need help with. Suggestions????
